License Agreement FOR OTPBYPASS
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and OTP.BOSS for the use of the OTP management platform and crypto voucher services. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license, which defines the scope of permitted operations and user responsibilities within our futuristic ecosystem.
Permitted Uses of OTPBYPASS
AUTHORIZED PERSONAL USE
Users are granted a non-exclusive right to access the platform for the sole purpose of receiving OTP and verification messages for accounts they legally own or are authorized to manage.
VOUCHER REDEMPTION
NFT and Crypto vouchers obtained through OTPBOSS must be redeemed within the specified compliance window and strictly according to the protocol defined in the smart contract.
SECURITY COMPLIANCE
All access must be performed through secure, authorized endpoints. Users must maintain the confidentiality of their license keys and account credentials at all times.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Redistribution, reverse engineering, or unauthorized sub-licensing of the OTPBOSS software is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
Intellectual Property Rights
All digital assets, software, logos, crypto vouchers, and vouchers provided through OTPBOSS, including any OTPBYPASS features, are the exclusive property of OTPBOSS or its licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership interest in these assets. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works based on our intellectual property without express written consent. Any unauthorized use of the platform's assets may result in immediate termination of your license and potential legal action.
Termination Policy
The license granted under this Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated. OTPBOSS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate or suspend your license and access to the platform should you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease, and you must destroy all copies of the software in your possession. OTPBOSS also reserves the right to expire licenses that have reached their pre-defined term or remain inactive for extended periods, as detailed in your specific purchase agreement.
