OTPBOSS Terms of Service for OTP Users
Effective Date: Jan 2026
Welcome to OTPBOSS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OTPBOSS website, software, dashboard, licensing system, demo services, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing the OTPBOSS software, purchasing or activating a license, purchasing a demo token, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use OTPBOSS.
Important: OTPBOSS is intended exclusively for legitimate and authorized use. You may only use the Services in connection with telephone numbers, accounts, systems, and information that you own or are expressly authorized to access.
1. About OTPBOSS
OTPBOSS is a software and online service designed to provide authorized users with access to supported SMS and One-Time Password ("OTP") verification messages through an online interface.
The Services may allow an authorized customer to access supported verification messages without having physical access to the device associated with a registered number, subject to the technical capabilities, limitations, and configuration of the OTPBOSS service.
OTPBOSS does not grant you permission to access another person's phone number, account, messages, authentication credentials, or private information.
2. Eligibility
To use OTPBOSS, you must:
-
Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
-
Provide accurate registration information.
-
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
-
Have lawful authorization to use every telephone number registered with OTPBOSS.
-
Have lawful authorization to access the accounts associated with those numbers.
-
Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
-
Comply with the terms and policies of third-party services you access using OTPBOSS.
If you are using OTPBOSS on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require you to create an OTPBOSS account.
You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration.
You are responsible for:
-
Maintaining accurate account information.
-
Protecting your password.
-
Protecting your authentication credentials.
-
Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
-
Not sharing your account with unauthorized individuals.
-
Notifying OTPBOSS promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
OTPBOSS will never intentionally require you to disclose your account password to a support representative.
4. Software Purchase
OTPBOSS software may be offered for a one-time purchase price of:
$1,500 USD
The software purchase provides the customer with the software entitlement described on the applicable purchase page.
Purchasing the software does not automatically provide unlimited access to OTPBOSS services.
Access to applicable online services requires an active license.
The exact rights associated with software ownership, updates, maintenance, support, and permitted installations should be determined by the applicable license agreement or purchase documentation.
5. License Keys
An active license key is required to access the applicable OTPBOSS Services.
Current license options are:
Monthly License
$500 USD
Valid for approximately 30 days from activation.
Six-Month License
$1,500 USD
Valid for approximately six months from activation.
Annual License
$3,000 USD
Valid for approximately twelve months from activation.
License prices, durations, included features, and applicable taxes may be displayed on the OTPBOSS pricing page at the time of purchase.
A license key may be tied to a specific customer account, software installation, device, or other activation mechanism.
You may not sell, transfer, share, duplicate, resell, or distribute a license key unless OTPBOSS expressly authorizes such activity in writing.
6. License Expiration
When a license expires, access to features requiring an active license may be suspended.
You may renew your license by purchasing an available renewal plan.
Renewal does not necessarily occur automatically unless automatic renewal has been expressly offered and accepted during checkout.
7. Demo Access
OTPBOSS may offer a demonstration option for customers who wish to experience the service without purchasing the full software.
Demo Token
$300 USD
A Demo Token provides one-time use of the applicable demonstration service.
A Demo Token:
-
Does not require purchase of the $1,500 software.
-
Does not provide software ownership.
-
Does not provide a recurring license.
-
Is limited to the demonstration functionality specified at purchase.
-
Cannot automatically be converted into a full license.
-
May expire if not used within the period specified during purchase.
The specific capabilities of the demo may differ from the full OTPBOSS platform.
8. Authorized Use Only
You agree to use OTPBOSS only for lawful and authorized purposes.
You must not use OTPBOSS to:
-
Access another person's account without authorization.
-
Obtain another person's OTP or authentication code without permission.

9. Customer Responsibility for Registered Numbers
You represent and warrant that every phone number registered or used with OTPBOSS is:
-
Owned by you; or
-
Used by you with the explicit authorization of the lawful owner.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the number complies with applicable telecommunications laws, privacy laws, contractual obligations, and third-party service policies.
OTPBOSS may request verification of your authorization where reasonably necessary for security or compliance purposes.
10. OTP and Authentication Messages
OTP messages can contain highly sensitive authentication information.
You are responsible for protecting OTP codes displayed through your account.
You must not:
-
Share OTP codes unnecessarily.
-
Publish OTP codes.
-
Sell OTP codes.
-
Give unauthorized persons access to your OTPBOSS dashboard.
-
Use an OTP obtained through OTPBOSS to access an account you are not authorized to access.
OTPBOSS does not become the owner of your underlying online accounts merely because a verification message is processed through the platform.
11. Third-Party Services
OTPBOSS may be used in connection with third-party services such as email platforms, social-media platforms, financial services, business applications, and other online services.
OTPBOSS does not control those third-party services.
A third party may:
-
Change its authentication requirements.
-
Change its SMS delivery systems.
-
Block or restrict certain verification methods.
-
Require additional authentication.
-
Stop supporting a particular verification method.
OTPBOSS cannot guarantee that every third-party service will work with OTPBOSS at all times.
You remain responsible for complying with the third party's terms and policies.

OTPBOSS does not guarantee that every OTP message will be delivered instantly or successfully.
13. No Guarantee of Account Recovery
OTPBOSS is a technology service and is not a guarantee that you will regain access to any particular third-party account.
Some services may require additional verification, identity checks, backup authentication methods, recovery codes, or direct contact with their support team.
OTPBOSS cannot override the security decisions of third-party platforms.
14. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods presented during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate billing information.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, transaction charges, currency-conversion charges, or payment-provider fees may apply depending on your location and payment method.
15. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable purchase terms displayed at checkout and any mandatory consumer-protection rights applicable to you.
Because software licenses and digital services may provide immediate access following payment, certain purchases may be non-refundable once activated or consumed, to the extent permitted by law.
Demo Tokens that have already been used may not be refundable.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Intellectual Property
OTPBOSS and its associated software, branding, logos, website design, documentation, interfaces, graphics, code, and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Decompile or disassemble the software.
-
Modify or create derivative versions.

Purchasing software does not necessarily transfer ownership of OTPBOSS's underlying intellectual property.
17. Security
OTPBOSS uses security measures designed to protect customer accounts and information.
However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
You acknowledge that you use online services at your own risk and agree to maintain reasonable security practices, including protecting your login credentials and devices.
If you discover a security vulnerability affecting OTPBOSS, please report it through the official support/security channel rather than exploiting it.
